We will be happy to provide a full refund or replacement bag once we receive proof (photos) of the damage. Returns and Exchanges will only be accepted if they are requested within 2 weeks of receiving the bags.
We do not accept returns for:
1: Worn condition - All items exchanged or returned must be in original, unworn condition.
2: Change of mind---Return costs you and us a fair amount of time and complex processing.
3: 2 weeks or older---Please contact us immediately. We cannot accept returns older than 2 weeks.
Cancellation Fee
We charge a certain handing fee for cancellations to cover transaction costs. Cancellations will only be accepted before your order shipped out.
